- 4 individual thick souvlaki breads or plain pizza bases
- 1 cup Italian-style tomato cooking sauce (passata)
- 250g COON Shredded Tasty Cheese
- 150g sliced pepperoni or hot salami
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup pitted black olives
- basil leaves, for garnish
- Spread pizza bases with tomato sauce and sprinkle with half the COON Shredded Tasty Cheese.
- Top with pepperoni, cherry tomatoes, olives and sprinkle with remaining COON Cheese.
- Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
