COON Pepperoni Pizza


  • 4 individual thick souvlaki breads or plain pizza bases
  • 1 cup Italian-style tomato cooking sauce (passata)
  • 250g COON Shredded Tasty Cheese
  • 150g sliced pepperoni or hot salami
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup pitted black olives
  • basil leaves, for garnish


  1. Spread pizza bases with tomato sauce and sprinkle with half the COON Shredded Tasty Cheese.
  2. Top with pepperoni, cherry tomatoes, olives and sprinkle with remaining COON Cheese.
  3. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
